Booking Policy

We do require a $25 deposit to hold the appt for new customers. We accept credit / debit / Zelle / Venmo / CashApp these payment methods. If you book on-line, Wesley will be contacting you for that information. Please call (216) 835-8440 for more information. Online Bookings are subject to confirmation from Wesley to guarantee your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or moved with less than 48 hours notice or No-Shows are subject to a charge of a $25 fee.

Refund Policy

There is no refund for Eyelash Extensions. We can provide the proper care to take your lashes off, if you wish to do so. Eyelash removal is free if the extensions are done within 48 hours.
If you have paid the deposit and want to cancel your appointment, the cancellation has to be done 48 hours before the appointment. Your deposit will be fully refunded.
